My Views on The Living Wage Bill…

I think it’s about time law makers and congress step up to the plate and start helping families who needs it. Here in NYC the cost of living is so high and paying someone $7.25 and hour is not enough…u need 2 to 3 income to survive here! And with wages like that, you will always have ppl on welfare because their wage is not enough to take care of themselves much less their families! I can’t understand how Mike Bloomberg think this will hurt NYC if people get paid higher wages! He is definately a slave master he believe in keeping people oppressed! Why not pay them wages they can live on??! that way they won’t be a burden to the human resource system; that way money being used to supplement low income families can be used in other areas! STOP THE OPPRESSION OF MINORITY/LOW INCOME FAMILIES! GIVE THEM A LIVING WAGE…WAGE THEY CAN LIVE/SURVIVE AND RAISE THEIR FAMILIES ON!
